On May 4, 2007, at a joint session of the Buddhist Studies Seminar and the Columbia Society for Comparative Philosophy, Geshe Dhamcho Gyaltsen (Director of the Institute of Buddhist Dialectics in Dharamsala, India), discussed Buddhist methodological approaches for establishing validity in the context of the Western scientific world-view. Joining Geshe Dhamcho was translator Tsondue Samphel and Dr. Elia Sinaiko (Social Psychology).
